5 Year Reports & Inspections
We carry out inspections and reports on the structural condition of fire escapes. These inspections, alongside reports and safety recommendations, are often required by insurance companies. A report every 5 years being the standard.
A good report gives you the confidence you have complied with the protection of staff members, members of the public, outside contractors, and delivery people entering the site.

We mainly cover London and the South East, but can travel as far as Northampton and Cambridgeshire. Each report comes with a quotation/cost of works to bring the fire escape up to a good standard.
The cost of a report depends on the size of the fire escape. Please send photos and as much information as possible for a quotation.
